When Ray and Dhania first met, they were on opposite ends of the sales spectrum.

Ray was bold, strategic and driven by results. Sales was a game he played well, grounded in logic, negotiation and winning the deal.


Dhania approached things differently. She led with empathy and emotion, focusing on the human side of the conversation, educating clients, creating connection and building trust over time.

Each thought their way was the way, until time, experience and life taught them something deeper.

More than a decade, two children and a world of growth later, they’ve come to see their differences as their greatest strength.


Together, they’ve built careers rooted in deep expertise, Ray in sales, leadership and performance, and Dhania in customer experience and strategy.

Ray grew up in commission housing. Dhania was raised on a farm. No silver spoons. No shortcuts.
