With over 17 years in sales and relationship management including partnerships with some of the biggest names in furniture and logistics, Kam brings depth, discipline and a deep care for people into every interaction.

At RDM, Kam wears many hats and wears them well. He’s the engine behind our vendor onboarding process, ensuring every property hits the market polished, prepared and primed for success. While he works mostly behind the scenes, his impact is felt in every detail — coordinating the chaos, keeping the team moving and making sure no client ever feels like just another number.

He’s also the team’s quiet powerhouse, offering sharp administration, thoughtful coaching and unwavering moral support. He’s the guy who just gets it, whether it’s helping a consultant level up or solving a challenge before it becomes one.
