Before real estate, I spent years as a Registered Nurse across some of South Australia's busiest hospital wards including haematology, surgical and paediatric care. That experience shaped everything about how I work with people. I listen carefully, I stay calm when things feel uncertain and I have a genuine instinct for understanding what someone actually needs, not just what they're saying on the surface.

Those skills don't stay at the door when you move industries. They come with you.

When I discovered a passion for sales, I realised the same things that made me a good nurse made me good at that too. There's something that genuinely excites me about understanding a person, finding the right fit and seeing the outcome land well for them. Property felt like the natural place to bring all of that together. It's the highest of high-ticket decisions, where people and process matter in equal measure.
