1. Eligibility

1.1 The promotion is open to residents of Victoria, Australia only.
1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

1.4 Confirmation may be requested at time of draw to ensure compliance to the above eligibility criteria

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition opens at 6:00pm AEST on 25 August 2025.
2.2 The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2025.
2.3 The winner will be drawn and announced on 1 September 2025 via the Promoter’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period:

• Follow the Promoter’s Instagram or Facebook page; and

• Like the official giveaway post.

3.2 Bonus entries are available as follows:

• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each tag counts as one (1) additional entry.

• Share the giveaway post to Instagram or Facebook stories. This counts as one (1) additional entry.

• Follow the prize sponsors — Roger Roger Deli, Sugar Gum Hotel and The Lakes Fresh Food Market. This counts as one (1) additional entry per sponsor.

3.3 Entries that do not comply with the conditions of entry, section 3.1, will be deemed invalid.

4. Prize

4.1 There is one (1) prize winner.
4.2 The prize consists of:

• Three (3) x $50 vouchers, $150 total, to Roger Roger Deli

• Three (3) x $50 vouchers, $150 total, to Sugar Gum Hotel

• $150 voucher to The Lakes Fresh Food Market

• $50 Hoyts voucher

• $50 JD Sports voucher

• $50 Dan Murphy’s voucher

Total prize pool value: $600.

4.3 The prize is transferable but not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
4.4 The prize must be collected in person from Caroline Springs, VIC.

4.5 Voucher Redemption Conditions

• The prize includes 3 x $50 vouchers for Roger Roger and 3 x $50 vouchers for Sugar Gum Hotel.

• Vouchers may be redeemed across separate visits/transactions at each venue.

• Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction. For example, a $200 transaction may be paid using all three vouchers.

• Each voucher must be used in a single transaction. No change will be given if the transaction total is less than the voucher value.

• Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed or split across multiple smaller purchases.

• Use of vouchers is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the issuing venue.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by the Promoter from all eligible entries received.
5.2 The draw will take place on 1 September 2025.
5.3 The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
5.4 If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

6. General Conditions

6.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect entry into the competition.
6.4 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.

7. Privacy

7.1 The Promoter may collect personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting the competition.
7.2 By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and for reasonable publicity purposes if they are the winner.

8. Third Party Vouchers

8.1 The prize consists of vouchers supplied by independent third-party businesses.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, suitability or otherwise of any goods or services redeemed using these vouchers.
8.3 Use of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant voucher issuer.
8.4 Any dispute regarding the goods or services purchased with the vouchers must be directed to the voucher issuer and not to the Promoter.
